Keep Austin Weird

I'm in Austin, Texas today and found it appropriate to point out this ubiquitous slogan. You'll note that below is a record of a currently registered trademark. However, trademarks like this one are incredibly difficult to defend since they are so central to the character of the city. No doubt there are hundreds of unauthorized uses of this slogan on hats, t-shirts, and related souveniors found on 6th Street.
